Car Troubles...

I have an 87 Turbo II, and I was driving down the road last night, when the speedometer started going crazy before going to zero. So the speedometer stopped working, great, then I noticed that the odometer wasn't working anymore either (guessing they're connected?) Then after a few more minutes of driving, a beeping started, so i took the next exit and noticed that my power steering was no longer functioning..I turned off the car and turned it on again, the power steering functioned and the beeping had stopped, but today while driving the power steering went out again and the beeping started. Is this a common problem? Is it easy to fix? I think I read somewhere that it may be connections on the computer wearing down. I also have some other electical problems such as: Rear wiper doesn't work, Front wipers only work on 1 setting, and Clock on display doesn't work... Any help would be appreciated..

The power steering computer was the beep. It shut down because it was no longer receiving speed input. Fix your speedo cable and all will be good.

Clock and wipers are unrelated issues. The clock is most likely dead from cold soldering issues inside the idiot cluster. The front wipers don't work on all speeds because of an unsealed relay in the switch. not sure about the rear wiper...mine doesn't work either and the switch seems to be fine after testing at hatch strut connection with DMM.
