car running incorrectly

Car starts and runs great. On more than one occation I have gone about 1-2 miles and it runs bad. The it is not dependant on if the car is hot. It runs almost like it only one rotor firing but I stress its not a coolant seal because it can run hot okay. I have done a TII swap about 1000 miles ago. It has ALL unnecesary things removed. I have switched injectors and it has no effect. When running bad it will not accelerate but revs okay at idle. Injector wiring? ECU?

This car has new filters but old inj. and ECU. I have megasquirt not yet installed. I control fuel with SAFC. When running bad my A/F seems to bounce from rich to lean.

is your fuel pressure holding steady? vacuum/boost steady? is it throwing the check engine light?

plugs new, cables ya ill get some of those but they are tight and im sceptical of this, I do not have a boost leak and my fuel pressure is good. I guess it could be going to limp mode but I dont have the beeper connected so I dont know how many codes it has. THere were a few. Limp mode only occurs on one condition on an s4 right? I think it was the AFM being diconnected. Well im almost ready to scrap it for the winter and do the megasquirt install
