Check the FAQ, it has a couple of sites that have the FSM listed.
If that doesn't help, feel free to blame it on solar flares.

like they said check relays if that doesn't work.
check your voltage and amperage output from the alternator. as well as your battery . check for improper grounds. and that should put you right if not. then check and see if your leading and trailing coils are good. sometimes at higher rpm's with a voltage drain from extra accessories my car use to do the same thing and it was the L2 portion of the coil.

and no I still have my stock air pump

i thought the same thing but it just wasn't putting out a high enough voltage to get proper spark on mine when there was an electrical load. (mazda tribute has the same problem and its a new car) go figure huh?
