Car falls on face below 3k

Ive been noticing latly that if i try and boost it befour 3k rpm my car just falls on its face. but as soon as it gets past the power is all their. what could cause this?

There have been a few threads on this lately, and my TII has the same problem. Most people are responding "the TII just has no torque...its normal!"...bullshit. I can't figure it out either, but it acts like its running extremely rich under 3k rpm.

i cant figure it out, and ya it feels like its running very rich when its not...just no power and feels like it wants to die. but as soon as it gets over 3k it comes back to life. if also been reading about the TB mod and it says that it will make your car do that to. so maybe my car has it and i just dont know....time to pull the IC off i guess.
