car almost dies..no power... exhaust sound different?

i am on my way home when this happens...all of a sudden, right after i hit a speed bump, the power gives out (doesnt die) and i my throttle is lost, the idle all of a sudden changes to more of chopper sound, and the car started to shake as if something had come loose...oil pressure stayed same as it usaully is, idle stayed the same, and it didnt over heat so i have no clue what it is, broken tranny mount?, differential? blown seal.. need help... thanks!

Get under the car and check the exhaust system. How hard did you hit the speed bump?
