What would be the reason the car runs lean if its not fuel pressure or anything like that...injectors?

I tried to get a decent vid. I do notice if you slowly let off it doesn't sound right at all to me. Lmk if this helps.

OK. Some basics. You've changed plugs and wires. Are you sure, absolutely sure that you don't have any vacuum leaks. Besides vacuum lines, gaskets, injectors, leaks around the block-off plates. Unmetered air coming into the system causes no end of idle and running problems. Then check grounds. Normal grounds found in all RX7's. ECU grounds. ECU pins 3A, 3B 3C and 3D are grounds and should all show 0 vilts. If not then splice a ground wire and run to a body ground point near the ECU.

Ok guys so I never solved this problem lol. The car has been siting for a month or 2 now and I decided to do the MMO trick thinking its a seal issue. Well I was working the e shaft a little moving it back and forth as suggested and I notice MMO comin out the opposite side if the block. So this i assume is because the turbo manifold is cracked. Could this have been the reasoning behind this erratic running??? I'm going to attempt to pull the turbo and get this fixed. I don't want to leave the MMO in there tho. I assume I should be ok starting the car and burning off the oil. Someone help!!!

So after a long winter of thinking and my car sitting and i talked to a guy locally. he mentioned that the problem sounds like a secondary port maybe stuck, mimicking a large vac leak. This sounds like it could be my problem. How can I fix this problem? He said something about using a pressure/ vac pump but I don't remember what he said after that. And I've tried searching threads but all I have is the app and it sucks lol. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks fellas.
