Well let's see...
for starters your turbo is not all that big, and won't make the sound a T66 would...
Second of all, the stock "BOV" is not really a BOV.... it just re-routes the turbo's air to before the AFM (the air box).
Why are you bummed out about not hearing a turbo??? That sounds pretty ghey if you ask me.

do this
1. tid mod (search) / put a cone filter on it.
2. get free flowing exhaust (search for best one)
3. get fcd so that it tricks your car into thinking it's lower boost than what it is so there is no fuel cut (search)
4. get a greddy type s bov
5. rewire your fuel pump and get a walbro (search on how to rewire)
by the time you do these things your car will be a hole lot faster and you will be able to hear your turbo and bov!!! (search is the key word)

well uh guys im not ****** stupid and I know uhh that the uhh stock blow off valve isnt a uhh blow off valve its a bypass valve, I bought an aftermarket turbo xs type h bov, along with a CAI and plugs and wires, so im not completely stock.

well u didn't say u have a aftermarket turbo... (although i guessed)
well on your blow off valve, there should be a screw or a bolt, try to find instructions online to see how to "tune" it...
my HKS SSQV blow off vavle has a small bolt, if i turn it tight, it will have a hiss sound.... if i turn it loose it will blow off like normal...

well on my bov if it is just finger tight that bastard is loud however if I screw it down it gets quiter. THis would only make sence because since you have the small amount of boost it won't take that much for the spring to open however if you stiffen it will take more boost to open it.

but it depends on how u want the sound to come out right? for HKS SSQV if i tighten it, shouldn't it make a hisssss sound and if u loosen it, it will make a chiiii sound....
i thought that if u have less boost, it is harder to make a chiiii sound since there is less compressed air, so harder to make it loud... correct me if i am wrong

Do some of you even know what a BOV does? Or you just like the sound? It releases the air before it returns to the turbo which = bad. So basically the screws are going to adjust how easy it is for the BOV to release the air. Too tight and it wont release the air it needs to at the proper time. Too loose and it'll just be letting out air thats not doing anything. So to be loud when its supposed to, make sure to loosen it enough so it releases at the right time, but not too much.

well i found instructions regarding my blow off valve online
http://www.935motorsports.com/hksbov.htm
"The adjustment only affects the outside black valve, not the inside purple valve."
anyways, i know this is not your blow off valve, but i think if u are patient, go online, they should have product manuals or like this site i got off, which tells u what to do
