Can't get nut off fan clutch - what else can I try?

I am trying to remove the whole fan clutch/fan assembly to get the engine out, but I cant get one of the nuts off. I have the fan clutch removal tool which I used to get the others off, but it wont work on this one. I have soaked it in pb blaster, also, but it will not budge. The wrench wouldnt do it an I ended up rounding off the nut somewhat, so I tried putting locking pliers around it and banging on it with a hammer, but it still wont budge, the pliers just fall off eventually.
Does anyone have any other ideas? Would heating it up work? Im desperate because I finally have a whole day to work on my car and now this is holding me up.

hmm you could try and heat it up, but don't get it very hot because of the fan and fan assembly. It's just a matter of pressure and tension so do whatever you can. Do you have an impact wrench?

No, but theres not enough room for one anyway. Theres not even enough room for a socket wrench. Hell, there isnt even enough room for the socket.
I'm gonna get my wife to hold the removal tool from underneath so I can get better acces to the nut and try to get it off with some pliers. If that doesnt work, i guess ill heat it up. I dont have a torch, so would a soldering iron work?
