If you have a spare CAS, you might try this: disconnect the elect plug on the cas that is in the car and put it on you spare cas. Turn the key to ON and then spin the spare cas's bottom gear. You should be able to hear the injectors clicking as the cas is spun. If you do that is good. You might want to pull the small two wire plug off the LEAD and TRAIL coils before you do that so they don't spark and mask the sound of the injectors clicking.
If you do hear the injectors clicking, then I'd say that car is hopelessly flooded. You need to somehow get oil into the rotor housings to build compression up so it will start.
That depends though. If you have not messed with the position of the cas since the car last started the above applies. If you've been turning the cas this away and thataway while trying to start the car, then you might also have a cas out of time so to speak.
I don't remember you saying you had spark until your last couple of posts. If you have spark then the fuses I mentioned are good since the ECU is supplied power thru the main relay which is powered by the ENGINE fuse and the EGI COMP fuse powers the ECU.
Sounds like a hard flood. I'd still check for 12vdc at the ECU at each injector wire just in case.
Is this some kind of engine swap deal??????? JSPEC to USA or????????? Harness swap out???

I think he hasn't really changed anything, I believe about a month ago the car was running, then he tried to start it recently and it wouldn't start and he discovered the fuel pump wasn't turning on, so he put in a switch to jump it, and it hasn't ran since?
