cant find the damn problem!!!

hy my name is francis i just bought an 88 gxl rx7 this summer i never had problems with the car but about a month ago my car wouldnt start out

of the blue with no signs my leading isnt firering but my trailling is firering i changed everything from the coil it self to the ecu cas spark plugs

checked all the wires for resistance and everything is good except for that my ecu is sending a five volt signal but not droping it so that the coil

can fire i thought it might of been a problem with my fuel since when i tried to start it it was really low so maybe it would of sucked in some air or

just not enough gas for the fuel sensor to tell the ecu to fire the coil not really shure but know people are telling me that its probably a ground so

can someone shed some light on this please!!!
