Cant decide greddy 2 row or 3 row

I have a street ported TII engine with a microtech stand alone, and will be upgrading to a t04 turbo I should get to around 400hp now i cant decide if to go with the greddy 2 row or 3 row fmic. They say a greddy 2 row can hold 15psi and i intend on driving the car daily below 15psi but if i get the 2 row will i experience any problems when boostin it higher than 15psi?

If this is a street car, stick with the 2-row.
3-row only makes it harder to cool the engine down.
