Can a stock key be recut?

Hey guys, I have the stock key off my old 86. Can I have that cut to fit my 90?

as long as it is only cut and does not have to be filled.

Try finding a blank FC key off of ebay.

My fiance bought me a blank key for my Probe from ebay, I took it to a lock shop, and they cut for 1.25.

And actually, I came to find out that the shop itself had blank Mazda keys, with the proper heads and such. Check it out. They're really not all that expensive.

I had 2 new keys cut by the mazda dealer. The key blanks have the black plastic top on them. They don't say mazda on them. Fine by me though.
