Can anyone tell me by steps on how to remove and replace the pulsation damper on a s5

Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
On a S5 you replace the whole primary fuel rail. The S5 PD is welded onto the end of teh fuel rail.
Instructions for accessing the fuel rails can be found in the FSM. FSM links can be found in the FAQ for FC sticky thread, found at the top of this, the 2nd gen RX-7 technical section

Step one, remove old fuel rail.
Step two, buy NEW fuel rail.
Step three, install new fuel rail.
S5' have teh FPD welded into the rail itself. So yoru best bet is to either buy a whole new rail or get a s4 rail and use it(though im not 100% sure if its a direct swap.)
