The entire vaccum rack/harness is removed along with all of the hoses. All the emissions stuff is stripped off.
I think I'm going to paint the upper manifold with that aluminum engine spray, a la BlackPlague's idea. That should look good enough without costing a lot.

Im pretty sure that i'm not the only n/a owner out there who's eager to see how well this new kit does on your car. Good luck!!

Hahaha, I took the box to my room and I decided I might as well just put it there for the pictures. It's not like it's dirt stuff...yet.
For inspection, I'm probably going to reverse this process (!!!) in two years (when my reg. is up), or I could be a bastard and buy a free pass...I'd rather not.
I dunno what kinda engine paint I'm gonna use, I know of the higher operating temperature of the rotary engine, and I do intend to use the highest temp. rated one I can.
I'll post pics of the instructions when I get home. They're a little vague but if you have some common sense and a shop manual it's all good.

What I think would be cool is when (not if) when, your n/a motor blows... putting that kit on a TII motor. THAT would be interesting. Seeing as how you can turn the boost up ALOT more without worrying as much about it.
This is my plan btw

How about fabricating the s/c to fit on the TII block while keeping the turbo too? S/C and turbo, get boost downlow and have more come in when the turbo spools ![Big Grin](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
It'd be hard most likely, but that'd be cool. Only seen a few cars that were turbo'd and s/c, very interesting.

I hear air/air intercoolers don't really work with roots type compressors. One thing I'd like to see is a supercharger kit with a twin-screw compressor. That would be nice.

air/air is fine, just gotta keep the piping to a minimum.
Twin screw, kind of like what I'm doing?
