just as the title says, im down in ga and some days aww man the humidity, whew, with the windows down, just aint enuff.....but uh whenever the compressor kicks on and its in gear the rpm's drop from idle immediatel and eventtually the car will cut off, even on a decel, but in neutral, its fine.....whats up wit dat.........90 vert baby...

easy, its the BAC valve. Take it off and clean it like I did, it helps with throttle control. The engine works harder to power something like that, so the BAC valve pushes more air into the TB to give you a higher RPM to compensate. Im pretty sure thats how it works.

bac cleaning really helped, cuts off occasionally on hard stops, people see the 7 cruisin at high speeds and wants to pull out in front of the 7 or the may encounter a stiff red light or whatever......but thankx for the help........peace...

Uh, guys... The air byapss solenoid valve is supposed to open up via the air bypass relay when the A/C is switched on...The BAC may help some, but it's much too small to take on the A/C load all by itself....So check that also...
If your compressor is on it's way out, no amount of bypass air is gonna keep you alive...
