I just found out my condenser has a hole in it. How differcult is it to replace the condenser. The shop quoted me $480. I thought maybe I could get it out and buy one on line for a lot less then that. Any advice would be apprciated.

If you have power steering, getting the A/C compressor out will not be easy. I took mine out in about an hour or so (both A/C and P/S, minus lines), so it's not impossible.
