Is it just garrets version of the stock turbo? Is the wastgate bigger? Less top end then I have now?

Not enough info...
I need at least the compressor wheel size and the turbine A/R.&nbsp If the 0.60 is the compressor A/R, that doesn't mean jack to me.

Ya if it has a .60 A/R that better be the compressor side. You want something at least in the .84 range for the turbine side. And more than likely(though we can't tell without more info) it doesn't come with a wastegate and you'd need to get an external one.

Its honestly hard to tell. But that looks to be a stock S4 turbine housing(possible to be machined and have a larger turbine wheel) with a stock wastegate setup(could be ported and/or have a different flapper) with a garrett compressor housing and wheel. More than likely the .60 A/R is referring to the compressor side. What are they advertising and how much are they wanting for it? Just so we could look for BS.

You still need to know what the compressor wheel is... .60 A/R doesn't mean anything. Or things like what was done to the turbine side.

Also, unless you have *all* the necessary fuel mods you will pop your engine. Fuel first... then upgrade the turbo. Besides, you just got that car. You don't want to blow the engine and then wait a month to buy and new one or rebuild.

Yeah, looks like a comp upgrade to me.
It might be a V-trim, but I can't know for sure unless you pop the compressor housing off and measure the wheel itself.

How much does the seller want for it?

I'd say you could find a better deal out there.

Importboi blows lots of motors too.....

J/K. Importboi, you sell the same turbo for 425? How does it compare with the BNR turbo?

Subject: RE: Turbo

Sorry, he told me he bought it to support 300hp, and that’s what I was looking for. Honestly, I don’t know anything else really. I know it’s hard for you, just as its going to be hard for me to sell it now because I didn’t ask questions when I purchased it. I’ll do anything I can to help, but if I don’t have to open it up in order to make the sale, I’d rather not. I have not gotten into the internals of one of these yet. It may be nothing, but I hate when it is.

Thats what he told me when I asked him about the turbo

Is there ANY numbers stamped on just the compressor housing other than the "0.60"?&nbsp It's a genuine Garrett part, so if you can find a part number, we can cross reference the part number for you...

what you see is what there is. It looks like a garrett stage 2 upgrade. With a ported factory housing.
