Buy just to rebuild engine?
Im considering another option (my wheels are always spinning) I saw a wrecked TII the other day who's owner claims that its still running, Ill have to look a little closer. But, its got over 100k on it. No biggie, he's probably gonna let it go cheap. I was wondering if this would be a good opportunity for me to learn how to do some engine work. I could buy this for cheap, try to rebuild it myself and allthemeanwhile ive got my other car for transportation so if it goes sour, I will still have a vehicle. Is this a decent idea? I just want some opinions to whether this would be a good way for me to learn how to do some engine work/rebuilds without leaving myself stranded with my primary vehicle broken. What do you all think?

It might be more of a strain, but in the end I will have learned a LOT more about how the car works and proper maintenance. Plus I will have better respect for my car and treat it with even MORE care. I think I may do this. I found a TII thats not wrecked and seems to be in poor running condition, I may buy it and rebuild it. And if all else fails, Im sure you guys need some parts! lol.
