Buddy Club racing spec II

I am buying a 1990 GTU today and I was wondering if anyone was running this exhaust and could tell me if they like it? Or what is the best exhaust for a NA S5? all help will be much appreciated!

dont expect much from the cat-back. its whats cat and back (to the block) that seems to rob performance. so, until you have a complete exhaust, you may not be too happy with th results. i'm speaking from my experience, not all situations. my stock exhaust made revving past 5500 pointless.

I am gonna do a RB header and test pipe so that is not a big deal. I was just wondering if anyone is happy with it, ie, build qulaity, sound etc.

If you're going to do a test pipe, invest in a set of ear plugs, because the BC Racing Spec - II has less muffling ability than the corksport exhaust. You will be pulled over even if you go by cops at idle.

Then it'll just be "loud". I don't think it would drone on in your ears, but it would definitely still get you looks. That also depends on what resonator you're using.
