Broken Spoiler

Hi All,
I have a question: My rear OEM spolier has a crack in one of the ends and looks like is going to break . Can I glue it? any Ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Carl

depends how bad teh crack is. If it took and paint off repaint it mixing in an addidtive to help strengthen it so it won't get wors. If its really bad get a new one

So they are not fixable? or can not be glued?. Yes, the crack has gone almost all the way that is hanging.
Thanks

is it a foam filled type?

either way, if it is it can be glued. Use epoxy based plastic repair adhesives

A number of companies make them

3M
ProForm
Dura Chemicals
Fusor

I used some of the bumper repair 2 part epoxy on a S5 wing spoiler, has held up well since last year-even though it's not on my car!

The inside of the spoiler is a soft foam surrounding a harder core material, almost looks like balsa wood core. The factory outer skin flexs so matching that is the problem-if you flex the epoxy is will crack.
