lol, now that was funny........bro if your having trouble with brakes I can only say a prayer for you, brakes are the easiest thing to change on the whole damn car other than, things like a valve cover or the airfreshener tree

you might also want to try explaining what you mean a little better

stop being an ***. he asked a simple question.

the caliper is held on with one 12 mm bolt. about 3 inches long. located on the bottom of the calpier. loosen and slide it out. it should swivel upward. you dont need to completely remove the caliper to change the pads, but all you need to do is swivel it upward and push it towards the wheel well.

cant explain it any easier.

maybe you need to turn off the ebrake?? the pads are still squeezing the rotor.

When you loosen the bolt that holds the caliper in place, you can't remove it fully until you've swung the caliper up and away from the rotor. I think that's what you mean by the bolt "hits the arm." You can back it out maybe an inch and a half which is more than enough for the caliper to pivot freely. Once the caliper is pivoted away from the rotor, you can remove the bolt if you want to put fresh grease on it or whatever.

..try taking the E-brake off...
there might be some unwanted tension there (speaking from experience)
