Brake piston is stuck

One of the pistons on my front brake caliper is stuck, so i had a heck of a time getting the old pad out and its impossible to get a new one in. Is there a way to fix this, or do i need a new caliper?
Thanks,
Greg

I have a c clamp but cant really get to it with the rotor in the way. I guess i'll have to take the caliper off?

also, will it be ok, or is it just going to freeze up again if i get it loose with a c clamp?

88..Not tryin to be an *** but They are your Brakes man..they allow you to Safely Drive your car..If it sticks you never Know what the hell would happen..The car could pull to one side when you brake and you could get Hurt...Get the darn thing Rebuilt or by another one..US, RX Seven owners have to Look out for each other..Don't Compromise your Safety..(and you know the thing is acting up anyhow ..get to it before it costs ya..)..just my 2 cents, but hey!, that's in Canadian currency..Best of luck!
