brake line 5lug convert question

sorry, im working on this in the dark, and decided to come in for some opinions... what kind of work do you have to do with the brake lines to get them to work with the TII Calipers? is all you need the little piece from the fender well to the caliper? if so, are they easily interchangable (in the dark) ?

well when you convert 4 lug to five lug you need new rubber lines and on the front you need the hard line coming off of the TII caliper.
