Thumbs down Boost Sensor/ Possible ECU trouble...

For some reason the signal wire (brown/red) has 12v on it at the boost sensor. This is when its plugged in or when its not, doesnt matter. This makes me think it either must be a short somewhere or the ecu is fried. Does anyone know what could be causing this. It for some reason will give me a fuel cut under high boost, even with a FCD. The fuel cut was gone when I installed the FCD, but now its back.

Anyone got any ideas? Come on now no one wants to see another rotary lean out and die.
