boost problems

hey im havin some wierd boost issues with my car right now(87 S4 TII, stock turbo/intercooler, FCD,) first off its not when its cold i allways warm it up before i boost but, i have the boost pressure its just its like not creating the power, exhaust gets louder blow off valve has pressure just like its running right through the turbo, no idea what it could be, also having quite a bit of turbo lag.. im guessin maybe a wastegate problem, vaccum leak, or.... my turbo is gettin shot , any info would be great thx.

Car is nice!.
that's an RB drop? Looks good and flushed for an inch.

Nice tires: skinny though...
235-40 R17 Nitto 555zr's in the front
275-35 R17 Nitto 555zr's in the rear

How wide are the wheels? (not the tires)

you either have a ignition problem like fouled plugs or no trailing/leading spark, improper ignition timing or a blown motor. if it idles fine then assume it is an ignition problem.

Sounds like a mainfold leak to me, chk to see if you dident rattle the nuts on the turbo mainfold or the turbo itself off. I had same symptoms before i looked under car and realized i had only 1 nut holding turbo on.
