Boost problems..

Quick question. I'm currently running an aftermarket turbo (T3/T4) setup & I'm utilizing the factory (ported) wastegate. My boost controller is setup properly, however I'm getting boost creep/spikes.. and having to control such from happening with the throttle. I've brought the car over to Hayes & Atkins a few times.. and they're unsure of what the problem is. On Wednesday I'm bringing it back to Hayes for a few hours so they can do an in-depth analysis of what's going on. I'm thinking I should just switch to an aftermarket exhaust manifold so that I can simply bolt on an external wastegate. However, many of the people I've spoken to have said they've seen people running similar setups who are using the factory wastegate & are having no problem with creeping. All the hoses have been checked & are fine, and the arm doesn't seem to be stuck either. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

1) The hoses for the boost controller could be too long or too small.
2) The boost controller itself could be too small.

My first thought would be that crappy *** internal wg that can barely support the stock turbo.

You're getting your terms mixed up.
It is next to impossible to do this.
