On the stock TMIC, you the hit practical limit at about 12 PSI in the summer.
If you go higher, the intake air temp rise will limit power.
In the cold winter air - maybe 14.

I envy your turbo.

besides the top mount being the limit, your tuning could be another limit..... how much boost is the car tuned for??

Bingo! How much boost depends on the 02 readings and your tuning!

no i mean the stock internals... how much boost before i should go with some beveled rotors and some 3mm apex seals... maybe some porting... you know the works

i dont see the need for beveling your rotors. And 3mm apex seals aernt necessarily needed. They hold up to detonation better. So if you have a good tune you wont really need them. Unless your running mega boost.

as mentioned the biggest factors will be tuning and your intercooler....

I have seen a GT35 on a streetported motor ALL STOCK INTERNALS (aside from the minor porting) with fuel tuned to run 18psi with a front mount.....

he hit just over 400whp on the dyno

beveling the rotors and that is not required to run more boost.....the only thing that will help (and at a certain point is required) is porting......

I would recommend a moderate street port for that setup, plus it never hurts to begin with.....as far as apex seals, 2mm unless youre saving trashed rotors.....
