And what was JRAT's boost problem?

Slow spool, inability to make more then 13 pounds of fun. Turns out the wastegate actuators on the turbos are weak, and cant handle the added pressure of controlling one of Bryans Hybrids.
He recommends redrilling the wastegate control arm hole (at the turbo) a bit farther back. I did this, and it turned that turbo into a friggin mad man!
My thing is, I dont particularly like to rig up something, I would rather have an improved wastegate actuator.

ok interesting. can you elaborate alittle more on what you had to do j-rat? When I get my bnr stage III operational or my car operational rather, then if I end up having this problem I wouldn't mind knowing exactly what I have to do to fix it. Oh damn I really hope it doesn't have this problem. I'm thinking, no joke, I've removed and replaced the turbo about 7 or 8 times in the past couple of months

Yes, you do NOT have to remove your turbo to access the wastegate actuator. This job was done in about 15 mins tops.. Easy cheesy.
All you do is remove the actuator. Redrill a hole in the actuator arm where the actuator attaches to the turbo, a bit closer to the actuator itself, and reinstall. This increases the pre-load on the spring.
From what I gathered from Bryan, he has already figured out this problem, and for those that buy one of his turbos now, the actuator arm comes with a turnbuckle so you can adjust your pre-load.
I am here to tell you now, this mod gives you an incredible increase in spool, and near rock solid boost control.

SUMBITCH........ I've been wodering why i can't seem to get much more than 14 PSI out of my BNR stage III .... but, in reality, 14 PSI is pretty damn impressive so i never gave it much thought.. I'm gonna try this tonight when i get home!!!!!!
