Question Blown Motor?!

Yeah i got a mazda Rx-7 87 non turbo and im new to this Club my brother is in this forum and sugjested i go here when i need help when he sold me the Rx7, now when my brother got it from a junkyard about a yr ago it was sitting at the junkyard for 2 yrs and was never started once, and he bought it for 200 dollars, one of my relative decided to help my brother with fixing this car, and bought new oil cooler, radiator, new hose's, new electrical, rebuilt the trany, put a new starter, a new ignition (old one was broken cause someo ne tried to steal it) and my brother got another rx7 right after this one was fixed (my brother's rx7 is brand new like a 97 or something) and my brother sold it to me cause he is in finacial need for 200 dollars, now i bought it as is i havent seen the car after all this was done to it but.. i got it and it started right up, but i get out of the car to hear it purr and there is nothing but white smoke comeing out the exaust, i trun it off in a panic, and check oil any thing i thought would cause it to smoke, i call my brother and ask him what might be wrong with it.. he says let it idle for a while it hasnt been started for a long time, so i let it idle from 30 mins the whole time nothing but thick white smoke, comeing out both exaust and when i stood next to the exaust it smelt like burning oil, and after this i think the motor is blown but when it is running there is no odd vibrations, no banging or unsual noise's, and i consulted my friend who work for K&N and drag races his own cars that he builds he says its a blown motor, or maybe a bad seal, and i didnt aware him that the car hasnt been started for 3 years or so.. so i tell my brother i want my money back cause its a blown motor and he says no no its not blown its just oil dried up in there and he told me to get combustion chamber cleaner and it will clean out the motor so it wont burn the old oil build up.. now im thinking before considering to trash this car, i should at least try this cleaner stuff my brother speaks of, cause i cant realy aford rubilding a motor and if i do decide to rebuild it i will definatly put high performance parts and consider street porting.. can someone help me with this problem... thanks.. sorry about long thread..

Sounds like one of the coolant seals is allowing coolant to get by and go into the combustion chamber. When coolant burns it makes a thick white smoke. Oil tends to be more blue in color when it burns. And use some periods in your sentences.
