blitz blow off valve
I just installed the blitz blow off valve in my 90 TII and it really doesn't sound any louder than the stock bov. Is there a way to adjust it so that it is louder. If not, I'm going to give it back to the guy I bought it from.

i got the older style blitz. mine has a screw with a locknut on it on the main cylider thingy. ive never messed with it but maybe thats how to adjust it. im just curious, how did you have your stock bov? i never heard mine, even when the car was stock. the blitz i have is waaay louder. i can hear mine inside the car even with my loud as hell exhaust. its even louder to the people outside my car.

mines pretty dam loud... by "stock one" was it open vented? if so then it probably wouldn't be much louder. the stock one in stock form you can't even hear at all.

yeah if you open vented the stock one there wont be to big of a diff from inside but should still be louder outside. another thing. how much boost are you running? if its below 10 psi its not gonna be that loud. I installed blitz BOV on a dsm running 14.5 psi and its LOUD. not from the inside but you can hear it from like 3 blocks away clear as day. So that can affect it too. but try to un screw the nut at the top. that controls hwo fast the vavle closes after venting. it might be closed all the way and that can damage your turbo
