black fuse



what is that black fuse? i thought it was the main fuse but my car still ran with it blown like that up until yesterday. now nothing happens unless i jump start the car. i think my battery is bad but thats another issue.

That is the main fuse. The car will have NO power if its blown. So either it's not blown (i can't see it very clearly from the pic) or someone re-wired around the fuse.

your car can run with it blown but once you turn it off its not going to start.

p.s. when you change the fuse, dont try and tear it out, theres two 10mm bolts that hold it from each side . take the relay off with the 2 10mm nuts that hold it to the mount and itll take you about 1.2 minutes to change it out
