Beware of Corksport SS Oil cooler lines
I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
Basically I wasted my money and about a half a day of my time.
That was a 100% stock front-end s5
I am NEVER EVER buying from CORK SPORT again, if I wanted to make a half-assed product I would have made them myself!
The length of the lines did make a difference, but the fact that the SS is way stiffer than the stock ones means that it takes more line to make the bend around the radiator support bracket.
I am just pissed, I could have had a more productive day bent over the toilet with the stomach flu!

Work just fine on my car. Check the area where the line passes by the radiator to be sure it's not hung up. Also connect the line to both the engine and cooler before tightening.

I know CS makes legit oil cooler lines, sorry you have maybe a defect or something but they are clearly better than the OEM lines. CS has had these in production for quite sometime and i have never heard a complaint about there oil cooler lines. Sorry it hasn't worked out for you so far.
I also has a set of CS lines before and everything mounted up just fine, i sold them because i had 3 sets of braided oil cooler lines.
EDIT: considering the marks in the picture, looks like they been mounted before.

maybe your particular lines were a tiny bit short but from the pictures that speak from themselves... they did fit on another car previously.
i have used them before and every company that sells cooler lines has their own particular issues. i just had a customer leave with racing beat lines that were pissing oil like the Exxon valdez from the shittastic swivels that eventually fail that they happen to sell seperate as well(for a markup i might add)..
i have used corksport lines and in all honesty it's one of the only decent products those fuckstains make. while not great they do work if you make them work(stiff hose as mentioned).
you're a man right? loosen the banjo so it swivels and pull on that bitch until it fits.

i had to bend my new corksport radiator when i bought my lines and it was hard to make one of them not kink but i still like those compared to when i tried to make a set from the summit racing brand line and fittings...ive usually had good luck and service with corksport.
