Just remove the gas tank drain plug, and drain it into a suitable container

goto any store, goto the automotive section and buy a siphon. They make them.

Why syphon when you can remove drain plug as icemark said. I don't get it.

Besides, it's a better method to clean out your tank so injectors won't have chance to get small particle stuck and more work for you.

It would be hard to syphon your gas anyways, because there are 2 little butterfly valve/door things in your filler neck going to the gas tank. So if you could get the hose in (it would be a small one), you would most likely have some trouble getting it back out.

My drain plug wouldn't come off, you can get to the tank from under the rear carpet by removing the fuel pump lid, then buy a drill pump to get the gas out.

The last time I needed to drain a tank ('80 SA) I just dropped the tank and dumped it out. I still have a 5 gallon plastic tank full of that skunky gas.

I removed the fuel line and put it into a gas can. Then jumpered the fuel pump relay to make it run.

Hey Kai

If you live in fairfax, they take bad gas at the fairfax recycling center. I had a bunch of **** gas from an old first gen I'm working on and the guys at the center took it no questions asked. First decent thing I've found in this shitty *** area.
