YOU GUYS DO KNOW THAT AS A FORUM MEMBER, YOU CAN GET JUST AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER DEALS THROUGH THE FORUM ON ALL OF THESE WHEELS.
#1: I would not run a 7" width on my FC if I was upgrading. Minimum a 7.5" w/+35mm offset.
I know a bunch of you are going to mess up buying rims from your local store or internet site because you'll get a wheel that sits inside your fender two inches. IMO.
7" requires a +30 to look even normal
7.5"= +35
8" = +35 - +40
You do know that you can run up to a 9.5" wheel in the rear.
I would suggest Enkei RPO1's as the lightweight economical alternative. A set of 17,8front and 17,9 rear would run about $685.00 shipped. Includes all hardware and lugnuts for proper mounting. Same price for 17,8 front and rear. The 17,9 weighs in at 19-20 lbs. tops. I would do the 8's front and rear if you want symmetry and they are 18lbs.
You want tires, you should run a 225/45 front and rear, or if wider in back a 245/40.
Please contact me to ensure that you will be getting a good fitment.
REMEMBER, we have the priveledge of a RWD car, so why put high offset FWD Honda rims on your ROTARY ROCKET. IMO.
Rishie
NODE, keep them in check up here. I can foreshadow a bunch of weak looking RX-7's with wheels way inside the fender running a ***** 215/45/17 or something. Direct them to the wheels section for accurate info.
That mesh is not a Racing Hart C2, the C2's have a very straight spoke that tapers. The one in the picture has a curved tapered spoke. FYI.

Yo,
What's wrong with 205 or 215 tires? If you're hot on RWD, then you know part of the attraction is kicking the back end out. You aren't going to do that with 245's on the back of an NA. I've been running AVS Intermediate 205/55-16's and I don't think I need any more grip. If you're going wide for looks, feel free, but I want performance and fun with my wheel choice.
