beautiful rims... will these fit
I have a 1986 rx7, fc, what ever you will. ( http://www.themodshop.com )
My rims will be the last modification to my project and was wondering will these rims fit comfortably without modification.

With all that bodywork you should have pulled the fenders. Then you could fit some wheels with some low offsets that'll look decent. Look for some +10 or +20 offsets. Don't go for the lame-o sunken in wheel look.

first off 18's look kind of ridiculous on the FC, but everyone has their own taste. That aside, +45 just isnt going to happen, unless you run a quite unsafe sized spacer.

Of course I just don;t get the idea of using a wheel and using spacers... no wheel looks that cool that you can't use either the correct size/offset or a different wheel.

If you look at the pictures on his site, he is trying to trick out an NA base with 4-lug single pot. Personally, I think huge rims with a giant air gap around low-preformance brakes looks excedingly lame. like somone trying to compensate for something by putting 22's on an SUV. But I shouldn't criticize before I know the facts. So, chuck, Are you going to do any performance upgrades on this FC? (I'd recommend going 5-lug to start.) Or, is it going to be a show car?

Gloss Black Motegi Racing Touge 18x9"
The wheels have a +12mm offset with a huge 3" lip! Glossy black center and with a machine polished and clear coated lip is sure to turn heads!
i think these rims are so far.....the best looking for its price.....

Nice web site. This isn't the first body shop I've seen do stupid mechanical stuff. Anyone else look at the completely F'd up Nissan pickup rear suspension?
Look at the pinion angle. The way the 4 link is designed it rotates the pinion up as the suspension is compressed which is bass-ackwards.
And is this toy powered by compressed air?
