bearing?

well ive had this noise in my car everytime the rear suspension flexes it makes this REALLY anoying noise thats is really loud. my dad thinks its the bearings but the thing that makes me think its not is that if i push down the back of the car it still makes the noise. what do u guys think. i also think it might be the little cop type thing that the top of the spring rests in because mine is all crusty

Jack the car up, take the wheel off and rotate. Put your ear close and listen to the source of the noise...

Time for suspension bushings (every 120,000 miles or so)

The classic clunk - clunk is usually the rear trailing arm bushings, but could also be sway bar bushings or struts.
