i am trying to brake down and understand the genetics of turbo lbs per hour, bar to psi, cfms ect. for example

if i wanna run a gt35r turbocharger at 15psi
how manny lbs per hour does the injectors need to be.
whats is the bar that equal 15psi
how to determine what wastegate to use and what should my bypass fuel regulator should be set at.

i dont know if i am making any sence but i need to know if some one has such a chart that will talk about the schematics of it all.

No.
Compressor maps for the GT35R are easily found.
Converting the airflow into power potential formula is available.
Fuel injector capacity versus power output formula is available.
I'd suggest to start with Corky Bell "Maximum Boost".
There is also another turbo book that just came out - try and search on Amazon.COM...
