so i've changed:
Spark plugs
spark plug wires
oil change
oil filter
fuel filter
drained gas tank
put new gas
checked all vaccum lines
checked for clogged air box
took it out for 30 mins on the highway to see if it was clogged injectors(ran some fuel injector threw it)

My friend thinks it coul dbe my FPR(fuel Pressure Regulator) Also where can i find or check it out.

And my friends dad thinks it's Timing Now i dont know where to do the timing... or how to check it.
