If you are going to replace the throw out bearing I would suggest that you replace the clutch, pilot bearing, and replace/resurface the flywheel. The master and slave cylinders are fairly inexpensive and might be worth swapping out while you're at it.
Dropping the tranmission is pretty big job, and it's worth replacing all of the parts that are liable to fail in the near future so you only have to drop it once.

Well i dropped the tranny and the stupid throwout bearing is perfect...i turned the flywheel with my hands and all the needle bearings fell out from the pressure plate...i'm assuming it's the pilot bearing?

Just because a lady paid for something to be done, doesn't mean that it was done. The throwout bearing came with my clutch kit when I ordered it, as did the pilot bearing. Pilot bearings being the PIA that they are, they probably didn't bother.
I broke 3 of the cheap pullers from Harbor Freight getting mine out of my rx7. Just last week I had to do the one in my Ford and broke the puller again. I returned to Harbor Freight and "rented" the 60.00 kit. It made the job possible - not easy, but it definately worked better than the 2 prog puller one.
Here's the one that I bought and returned. This one worked.

two months after doing a 5 speed swap from auto to manual i had to pull the transmission out of my car again to change the throwout bearing. the metal tabs on the pilot bearing broke off! so the new TIMken bearing works great but, we'll see.
