BAC help..

what happens if u dont have the clip that goes to the BAC...will the engine run poorly ...the BAC is hooked up but the clip is not there to hook up to it...

...i havent had my BAC hooked up since i got the car about 10 months ago.....im about to block it off though

i guess...i actually blocked it off with a piece of raw metal and turned it on just to see if it would change anything and it didnt.....you can purchase the plate for $10 athttp://www.2751engineering.com/2751parts.html

Or you could get another BAC valve...finding one pre-loved isn't that hard. If you care about driveability, don't remove it.... the BAC valve is what keeps your idle up when you turn your headlights/AC/heater/etc on... Expecially in the summer, your car could die or bog down real good when you turn on any or all of those accessories.

i have the BAC valve just not the clip that goes to it...i seem to cant find the clip that goes to it from the wiring harness i got...i know the clip looks like the clips from the injector clips but i dont know where this one is at....know it sounds weird but i seriously dont know where the clip is at...

Don't take off the BAC. There's absolutely no reason to.

on my s4 the wires that connect to the BAC are on the same harness as the o2 sensor......
