In trying to understand this you say when the 4 wire plug is disconnected but the 2 wire plug connected you can hear the relay open and close. Correct? Do you understand that the 2 wire plug is what controls the relay and the 4 wire plug has nothing to do with it?

Yes I do understand that the 4wire clip has nothing to do with the relay engaging. But it was for some reason. When I unplugged the 4wire clip and jumped in the car to turn the key on and off multiple times I noticed that I can hear the relay engage and disengage. And when I plugged it back in i can hear it engage but never disengage till I manually pull off the 2wire. I thought it was weird for it to behave like that.

Statements like this don't mean much unless it is true each and every time. Is it all the time or some of the time? You also appear to have the Main Relay on its side so you can easily pull one of its plugs. The 2 wire plug has a Black wire which provides the relay coil with a ground. If this ground is not constant due to the constant moving of the relay then that obviously creates a problem and will thus cause the relay to click at some times but not others. You might want to jiggle this wire/plug w/key to on and this specific plug connected and listen for any clicking made by the relay as it should not.
