Is this aux actuator bad?
So I removed the LIM and Aux port sleeves. I took it inside and began to clean up. I remved the actuators.
One clearly has a hole in the vac tube. Coincidentaly it was the one that was completely stuck when the system was on the engine.
I cleaned up the rods and got them to slide pretty smoothly. Doesn't take alot of force, but a noticeable amount.
So now that those are somewhat smooth, the actuators...
They are both pretty tight, but can be moved manualy when you pull the rod up and down. So... I'm assuming I can't exhamle 2-3 psi, because I can't get these things to budge via me trying to blow on them. (yeah im sure it looks kinda silly)
Anyway the one i blow into the vac tube and nothing happens. Assumingly i have not enough lung muscle. :/
The other though, I blow into and Instantly get a woosh of wind out of the pinhole thats behind the acturaor vac tube, right into my eyes. Sooooo... I've got a bad feeling tha this means this actuator may have a bad diaphram?
any ideas. thanks
