Question Automatic to Manual tranny mount???

Someone earlier had posted they had picked up a mount from some company that fit the automatic to manual conversions. I was just wondering if anyone remembered which company/etc made that mount, or perhaps if someone on the forum makes and sells the custom mounts?

"Custom Made Mount"

To tell you the truth it's easy enough to make a "custom" mount. All I did was use a chain to hold it at first. Then I took a flat piece of metal (about 1/2 inch thick),drilled 4 holes in it, and bolted it to the subframe. It's not the best way I'm sure but it works for temp. use.

Hope you find the company. If you do, let me know. (gray246@comcast.net)

Thanks!

Go to the Tech section.
He has a writeup that uses a short piece of 3" channel iron.
