Auto meter boost gauge
On one half it sais In. Hg and on the other half it sais PSI. Does anyone know how to change it to PSI??? Iv tryd looking this up on the auto meter website but it hasnt helped me any.

When the turbo is boosting, the needle will move clockwise into the PSI range. When the turbo is not boosting, the needle will move counter-clockwise into the InHg range. The InHg (inches of mercury) units are usually used in engine vacuum gauges because they give about twice the detail vs. PSI. If you want to convert InHg into PSI, multiply by 0.491154.

It'll be on 20 In. Hg then when i shift it goes to 0 enless im trying to go fast then it goes to like 3 PSI. Does that mean im running 13 PSI of boost????

If it goes to 3psi then you're running 3psi of boost. Why would it mean 13? You need to describe your problem a lot clearer. So far you're not making much sense.
If you can only get 3psi boost then you have other problems...

but it'll be on 20 In. Hg then go all they way past 0 to 3 PSI. So if you divide 20 by 2 you get 10 then add 3 cause it went all the way to 3 PSI you get 13 right???

yes its a turbo i saw the turbo when i put a new clutch in and it makes the psh noise when i shift. so y would it only be putting out 3 psi? is there anything i need to adjust like bov or something idk???

Yup... major boost leak... Umm, lets see, I think your top mount and hoses are loose or something....
IN case ur n00b, u dont need to "See" the turbo on an FC, it has the top mount intrcooler RIGHT THERE! (the radiator looking thing at the very top of the engine)
Kinda a wierd comment on how you saw it when you changed the clutch...

ill check my hoses
yes i am a noob had my car for about 3 months now
i knew the thing on the top was an intercooler
but i thought the turbo was down by the exhaust

It is down by the exaust. My point was that you dont need to see the turbo itself (eventhrough it's perfectly visible when you pop the hood) to tell if you have a T2 or not.
Anyway, I know that the comressor outlet-to-intercooler hose can work itself loose sometimes...

1 of my hoses connecting to my intercooler was a little loose so i tightened it up
and there was a small open vacuum hose behind the intercooler so i stuck a bult in it till i can find a place for it to go
