auto to manual window, and rear seats

i was wondering if it would be hard to switch from auto to manual window operation? and is it hard to make a 88 t2 a 2+2?

I did the auto to manual window conversion on my '87 TII. It was not hard at all, but took some time and patience.

My least favorite tasks were dealing w/ the black sealing goo that adheres the plastic door liner to the door itself and pulling the wiring harness out of the doors (which you obviously don't have to do at all).

The hardest part by far for my conversion was finding someone selling blue manual window interior pieces! Took years

I haven't put rear seats in, but others have indicated it is easy if you have all the correct rear seat parts.
