August Car of the Month
I usually don't post these here, but this months winner is someone who you all have seen turn his tame 86 base into a powerful turboharged 6-port beast!
Congrats to Aaron Cake and his really cool 86 turbo'd Base model for winning the August Car of the Month contest. His car will be featured on the site and he will receive a custom laser etched award to proudly display. He will also be entered in the 2002 Car of the Year contest where the site voters will decide who is the top of the bunch. Congrats Aaron!

Congradulations. I think that was a good pick.
On another note:
Why is it that you have a featured car (let alone FC) every month, but the World(')s Largest Rotary Community has had a total of two featured cars over the many months that the 'system' has been implemented? Just a question...

A turbo'd NA is like adding a swimming pool to your house. It's a lot of work and you don't get your money back on sale, but it's a ton of fun.
Congradulations..

Thanks guys and gals!
I'm actually going to make a "Tina status" post in a month or so, after I get some cooling problems sorted out. Oh, and I'll be sure to include 1/4 mile numbers too...Going for full 3" exhaust soon, so I'm sure that'll make quite a differene...

Good choice. I don't think I would tackle that project myself. Aaron did a great job with his documentation and anyone else who wants to now has an easily accessible master plan. Waiting to see the dyno and track results. Aaron should have a well deserved feeling of accomplishment . Keep up the good work.

And yeah, these things cost me $12 a hit to mail up there. Good thing I have sponsors to foot the bill
