Apexi Twin Chamber BOV, anyone have experience with one ?

Hi, I bought a used apexi bov and got it in the mail today ...
I havent put it on the car yet(will do so later tonight) but when i blow and suck true it, the air passes somewhat unrestricted in bouth directions.

Is it broke ? or do i just have to adjust it et.c ?

I Bought the same one (used fron Japan) for my 240 w/ SR20DET---It did the same thing I took it apart-cleaned it-put a little lube on it--has worked great ever since

installed it as it was ... when in car it did not "leak" anymore, my mouth sucktion was probably not enugh to make it close.
works like a charm and swhoooshes nice
