Lol, electrical problems can kick our asses, can't they?

None of my options would include ripping out the factory wiring, though

So, you're not getting power BEFORE the main 80A fuse, or AFTER it? There's a big difference in which way to troubleshoot depending on it...

the engine harness is different than the harness giving you trouble anyways, don't give up or you will just create more headaches for yourself as the main harness has about a million wires running through it unlike the fairly simple engine harness.

I'm pretty much down to the fuel pump, either it's dying, or the connection is bad. I've tried a new ECU, I've checked all my grounds, got my injectors cleaned by Cruzin' Performance, etc.

I'm thinking that it might be the fuel pump itself or the elctrical connections going to it. I haven't had a chance to verify this yet, as it's rather cold out there this week, but I was hoping that someone has had this problem before.

Thanks!
When my fuel pump went out it would make a Whining sound.. Not only that it would run for like an hour than stall, after if cools off would start agian and then run for 30 minutes then stall. Finely it would never start

Never mind on the fuse thing I thought I had a good potential lead, but there was a piece of plastic covering the inside, underneath the plastic "door".. After removing that, i'm getting good signal on both sides.. blast.

this is definatly kicking me in the ***. I think the worst part is that I have no ideas what it could be..

that's good to know. Well, not that your fuel pump died, but it's good to know how it acted I'm fairly certain it's not the fuel pump/system at this point.

Karack - I guess I was just talking about the engine harness.. the interior electronics seem fine (for now).

Okay, guys, what about this? I'm going to have a bit of extra money coming up here, do you think that building/switching to a MegaSquirt stand alone fuel controller would fix my problem? I'd switch over to a distributor, so the ECU wouldn't have anything more to do with the engine. I'd run completely new wires to the essential things, and remove most of the crap, since I'm only useing 25% of the engine bay wiring harness right now, anyway.

This would also allow me the control I need to run the supercharger I want to put on....
