i am using stock pre/cat with no silencer insert.. i oredered my rb dp/presilencer and when i get it ill let you know how loud it is.

dont believe everyone who says its so loud
You obviously DON'T know what you are talking about!

I had a RB header to pre silencer to dual HKS 500mm exhuast on a ported 13B 6 port. Noise\fumes weren't an issue at all!

My new setup is a 13BT ported engine, with a RB 3 inch dp, 3inch mp, and 3 inch corksports exhaust. IT IS LOUD, there is no other way around it, at idle alone is a recipe for tickets!

Just wait till you bolt that FULL 3 inch exhaust. Keep in mind that this is coming from somebody who doesn't care about fumes, AC, and PS; just pure fun

I have an N/A and you must have your idle set high or something...because I have the RB header to presilencer to the CS single....and at idle its silent.....when I accelerate it is fine, when I cruise its fine.....only when I got WOT is it loud, and keep in mind if your smart you keep in the silencer in like I do. But for me I think it was a great investment and do not regret it at all.

I was comparing old setup with the new setup..,

New setup is a FULL 3 inch exhaust from the turbo all the way to the back (no pre silencer). Just to give you an idea on how loud it is, harleys at idle while on a red light, have nothing on me

just because you have a ported turbo engine with no cats and you think your motor is loud, i dont know what im talking about?

he has a 88vert n/a with little to no mods and stock cats, if he were to bolt the cs catback on it would sound like my na did when i had little to no mods... quiet

if i bolted the catback to a top fuel motor sure its going to be loud, but for his application it will be fine.

I have the Bonez super flo system( one high flo cat) with the corksport cat back, and it sounds amazing. Its very deep not raspy at all. It is loud but so are most cars with highperformance exhaust.

before I had my header/presilencer combo I had just the CS single and it sounded great.....it was quiet yet very deep tone....I have yet to put my bonez high flow on for emissions so I dont know how it sounds.but from what 94Rex says I guess it should sound pretty good.
