Anyone interested in a 3 point front strut tower bar?
Those who would be interested in buying a well made 3 point front strut tower bar just check out the first page of my site. I know a guy who makes them and they are of very good quality and reasonably priced.

I like it, but it looks like the firewall components just screw into the vertical firewall. The one I'd like bolts to the horizontal lip on the firewall, just a bit lower than the top. I think that would be quite a bit stronger with bolts and lock washers as opposed to screws through the relatively thin-walled firewall.

I dunno if I trust a product made by someone who can't count.
A three point strut tower brace would be triangular. I see four distinct mounting points there, making that a 4 point strut tower brace.
If you are trying to make the argument that since they both bolt onto the firewall, and thus is one point, consider this: all mounting points on a roll bar mount to the floor, be it 4-point, 6-point, or 10-point cage. The floor is one piece, and thus, wouldn't all the cages be a single point?
Also, the mounting points on the front of the bar look a tad weak, and the screws at the firewall will add very little resistance to flex.

*sigh* ok....I'm starting to remember now why I don't bother coming to these forums anymore. OK, I guess you can say technically it's a 4 point strut bar, it's the principal of the idea how it works that counts, not the name. I have ordered one myself because I think it;s what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay (no I don't make them, I only put up a page for someone else who makes them, no I am not making any money from it either). And for those who can't handle the pop-ups, well I'll gladly take donations to pay Freeservers to get rid of them, but I will not pay for it out of my own pocket after all the time I spent making the site for others to use. Thank you.
